The Airlines

All tickets in any class of service are non-refundable. Once ticketed Poshberry AG is not
responsible for any errors committed by the issuing airline such as cancellation of a ticket or
involuntary re-booking. Changes in the itinerary are discouraged and will be subject to a change fee
charged by the airline and a service fee charged by Poshberry AG. Changes are subject to award
space availability and can never be guaranteed. If a ticket is canceled by the buyer, any frequent flyer
miles used to procure it will, at the buyer’s expense, be re-deposited to the extent permissible for
future use, subject to availability.

Insurance

All passengers are encouraged to purchase traveler’s insurance. All passengers are completely
and wholly responsible for their own insurance. Poshberry AG is not responsible for any
disruptions, changes, cancellations by the airlines regarding airports, flights, and luggage services.

Contact with airline

The buyer may contact the airline to confirm the ticket is active valid and to make a seat request or
special request for food or accessibility (i.e. wheelchair assistance) for a passenger. Do not contact
the airline directly if you want to change or cancel your ticket.

Check-in counter at the airport

In the unlikely event that a passenger is asked by an agent how the tickets were booked, point out
to the agent that they were booked with frequent flyer miles given away as a gift.
